The K-2 Learn to Swim has run over Weeks 7 and 8, culminating today. It has been fantastic to see some return to sport as the boys enjoyed their lessons in small groups in Trinity’s 25m pool.

We look forward to the House Swimming Carnival to be held next Tuesday. We will be swimming in cohorts; Year 6 will kick the day off; followed by Stage 2; and finally Year 5.

All primary boys will wear their P.E. uniform next Tuesday to and from school with their House shirts rather than white P.E. shirts. A note should have come home and now also been returned to your son’s teacher.

I will announce Champion House and Age Champions in next week’s newsletter.

Next year’s swim trials will be held on Tuesday 15 February which precedes the IPSHA Swimming & Diving to be held on Tuesday 1 March at SOPAC.

All boys in Years 4-6/2022 should have completed their sport choices for both seasons earlier this term. We will hopefully have three sessions before we commence Round 1 of summer IPSHA sport on Saturday, February 12, 2022. It will be the first of six consecutive Saturdays culminating in Round 6 on Saturday March 19.

Our House Cross Country is set down for Friday March 18 with IPSHA’s Cross Country Carnival scheduled for Saturday 26 March. The final Saturday of term 1 is set down for Winter Sport Trials on Saturday 2 April.
