Wallabies’ Scott Sio follows father’s footsteps to world stage

Scott Sio was an outstanding student here at Trinity, being involved in a broad section of the School’s activities.

He was Vice Captain of the School and also played basketball. He excelled at Rugby, representing Australian Schoolboys and played number 8 initially at Trinity before being converted to the front row in his final year here, where he is performing so highly for the Wallabies.

We are very proud of how Scott is playing for the Wallabies and take pride that this positional change, that occurred at the School, has led to his international experience. Scott was an incredible, powerful ball runner. He was a great all rounder through his actions and words on the field during his time at Trinity.

Scott maintains his link with the School with his Scott Sio Scholarship.

Trinity Grammar School is extremely proud and will continue to support him and the Wallabies through this World Cup and beyond.
