FAQ about Employment at Trinity

Trinity’s values drive every aspect of life at the School. While our ethos is typically used to discuss our provision of a thoroughly Christian education for students, it is also relevant to our staff culture, where strong relationships, continual growth, challenge, and support are built upon a strong Christian foundation.

All Trinity staff are encouraged to be involved with a Co-curricular activity, but involvement is only compulsory for teaching staff.

Many staff find that Co-curricular commitments help them to pursue different interests and passions they have, as well as build stronger connections with students, helping them to engage them further in the classroom.

Trinity strives to support our staff mentally and emotionally. Whether it’s a slight feeling of worry or a more serious problem, our staff are encouraged to reach out to our employee assistance provider. AccessEAP offers a free, confidential counselling service and can assist with personal or work-related issues that may be impacting health, wellbeing or job performance.

Taking care of your physical health is important, so Trinity staff have access to the School’s sport and gym facilities at Summer Hill. There are also many staff exercise groups and sporting teams that welcome new members all year round. Other benefits include personal fitness plans developed by our fitness and conditioning coaches, and regular on-site classes such as boxing and Pilates.

Plus, Trinity staff also have access to the on-site Health Care Centre, its nursing staff, with annual flu vaccinations available.

Discounts on student fees are available to staff members who wish to send their sons to Trinity. For more information and to discuss the options available, please get in touch with the Enrolments team.

Salary packaging services are managed by Southgate Salary Packaging.
