Curated by artist Tony Mighell, Abstraction: Systems, Signs, Syntheses celebrates expressive freedom through drawing, calligraphy, and material exploration. The exhibition features abstract paintings and works on paper by eight major historical and contemporary artists from Australia and USA: Emily Kame Kngwarreye, Peter Maloney, Brice Marden, Terry Winters, Lottie Consalvo, Newell Harry, Patrick Hartigan, and Matt Bromhead.
