Dear Parents,
7am additional morning sessions will run for one more week, the final week for Winter sport.
Only one match survived last week’s big wet. The 10A Rugby boys played in Moss Vale, going down to Tudor House 27-10.
The winter season will conclude after next Saturday’s final round on 6 August. The boys who are selected for the Junior School Track & Field team will have two Saturdays testing their skills against other IPSHA schools in Invitationals at the Warm Up Arena. These will be held on consecutive Saturdays (13 and 20 August) before the IPSHA Track & Field Carnival is held on Monday 29 August at the Athletic Centre, which is across the road from the Warm Up Arena.
The Junior School Track & Field Carnival was a roaring success on Tuesday for many of the boys’ first experience of an offsite Trinity Junior School sports carnival. Results, ribbons, and the team will all be announced in Monday’s assembly with a longer report in next week’s article. There are a few pictures of the day below.
Please check the team lists on the app, note the time changes from originally planned for the Year 6 Football at school. 7:15 for the 6B & 6C teams and a 12pm start for the 6As.
