Special event: The Sporting Parent

Special event: The Sporting Parent

Are you a sporting parent who wants to see your child succeed not only in sport, but also in life?

At Trinity, we offer a wide variety of different sports for all ages and abilities. The world of sport can be very demanding and alongside studies it can be easy to be overwhelmed or unsure how to give your child the best chance of success in their sporting endeavours.

That’s why our Trinity Sports Specialists are hosting a special event for parents of students in Years 5 to 12 involved in sport.

The Sporting Parent webinar includes special guest Nathan Parnham, a strength and conditioning specialist located in Brisbane. With a career spanning two decades across both amateur and professional sport, Nathan has been involved in setting up several successful high school athletic development programs throughout the country. He knows what it takes to succeed throughout your child’s sporting journey.

In this webinar, join Nathan as he shares:

The importance of playing multiple sports
The importance of resistance training for youth
Recommended training load for youth athletes

Find the balance for your child and give them the best chance of success at every step of their sporting journey – whether it’s just for fun or they’re looking towards elite competition.

WHEN: Tuesday 21 June, 6pm
VIA: Teams Webinar (a link will be emailed to parents; replays will also be available)
