JUNIOR SCHOOL AUXILIARY MEETING
09 June 2022 – minutes
The minutes from last meeting were published.

MARK DUNN – HEAD OF THE JUNIOR SCHOOL
Renewal Project underway. Entrance to the Junior School will be altered in Term 3.
Year 4 transition from Chrome Books to iPads is in the process of being resolved. Parents of students in Year 5 (2023) are asked not to purchase Chrome Books/iPads until advised of school’s final decision.
Term 3 will begin Wednesday 20th July. Please note this is different to the date published in the diary.
Last day of school year for Years 3-6 is Friday 2nd December. This will be Prize Giving Day and will be held at Sydney Town Hall. Last day for K-2 will be Thursday 1st December. Boys will have their final chapel service for the school year.
The school will be running a Multi Sports Clinic in the first week of the holidays – 27,28,29th June. More information will be forwarded shortly.
Junior School canteen will not be open at recess or lunch in 2022

Yr 6 jerseys have been distributed and are greatly appreciated by the boys. Option to purchase a second shirt to be considered next year.
Obstacool Course – Walkathon will be held Thursday 15th September
Father’s Day Stall – Tuesday 30th August. Most of the stock for sale has been purchased
Cupcake Day – Boys will be given a cupcake on the last day of term – Friday 24th June. Cupcakes will be distributed at recess

Coffee Cart fundraiser at Bressington Park was quite successful. Pastries and drinks available, as well as coffee. BBQ in the process of being organised for the 18th June. Last day of Saturday sport for the term.
Giving Day has up to this date raised $420,000. Over 780 donors contributed to this amount.
