NSW JUNIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022

Trinity Athletics Club had over 110 entries at the NSW Junior Track and Field Championships in which 34 Trinity Athletes competed across all events from Jumps (Long, Triple, High and Pole, throws (Hammer, Discus, Shot and Jav) and sprints (100m, 200m, 400, and Hurdles) to middle distance (800m, 1500m, 3km and steeplechase)! The only event that did not have a Trinity athlete represented was the walks – but this shows the depth of event experience and why we always have such a big representation at these championships.

Although the weather was not conducive to good results, particularly on the Friday and Saturday, many athletes did a PB or close to it.
