Dear Parents,

Last Saturday we were greeted with a fresh start to the weekend and enjoyed mixed results across all three sports. Our Year 6 Football boys had a tough day at Riverview College. Year 4 & 5 had some success against Knox, TGS Prep & Riverview. Our AFL boys went down to St. Patricks’ by less than 2 goals a 55-point improvement on the Round 1 result against the same opposition!

Tomorrow is our last round of winter fixtures for this term. If there is any inclement weather, I will update the TGS App and Wet Weather Line as soon as I know of any cancellations.

There are three more rounds next term, with the first one back on Saturday, 17 July. Tomorrow is the first round of Intra Oz Tag, it will also run for the three weeks of Term 3.

There will be NO Tuesday morning training in Week 9 (15 June) for YEAR 6 Rugby due to the North Coast Tour. All other sessions will continue, the weather permitting. All A teams will recommence on Tuesday, 13 July, the first Tuesday of Term 3 and conclude on 27 July.

The House Track & Field Carnival is on Tuesday, 20 July. It will be a Junior School only carnival held at the Warm Up Arena at Sydney Olympic Park.  A note will come home regarding the event and travel arrangements at the beginning of Week 1.
